i am sick of dealing with users.
well, users in general are ok, but the ones that can almost always get me to lose my cool are the ones who think that the computer (or IT guy) is at fault for the user's ignorance.
i suppose i could have bigger problems than needing to show people how to do things, but it's sometimes difficult to remain calm and educate someone who's coming across with an implication that something isn't working and therefore i'm remiss in my duties.
& i guess i wouldn't be so frustrated if said user *still* needed something to argue about after that and claimed that their password simply "stopped working" after the first time they used it.
riiiiight.
the DC just randomly decided to *give* you a new password, without telling you what it is.
that sounds MUCH more likely than "you made a typo when entering it" or "you just fucking forgot what it was"; but still, i have to grin and bear the "no, it's the *computer's* fault" from someone who DOESN'T FUCKING UNDERSTAND THE THINGS IN THE FIRST PLACE.
inhale.
exhale.
remain centered.
i'm ok.
