seems i haven't had much to write about lately.

well, i guess it could seem that way.

i'm kinda-sorta regretting loaning out money to make sure Relic happens, because Relic has lost its venue and i'm down to $250 in my bank account, which isn't enough to get my sentra out of impound. (however, it should be enough to carry me through to my next paycheck, maybe even with an 8th of weed in there somewhere.)

i don't know why i waited (other than the unattractive prospect of going to jail).

i could have gotten that taken care of.

hopefully when i get the $600 back from relic i'll get off my ass and do it.

hopefully my next paycheck will be a full-sized one.

neither of these things is certain. *sigh*

heya ja,

i've been meaning to ask you about some good raves that may be happening in the near-future. (i would have emailed you, but i'm not sure which address you use anymore)
my friend justin and i were talking about going to one soon, and i figured you would be the best person to find out about some w/good dj's. so if you have any mailing lists or anything, that would be excellent.
-hope things are going ok for you

given the current climate of the scene, i'd be weary of lending any money to a party, even an sfr party.

well, if i hadn't, the party would have been preemptively cancelled- the $600 i loaned out was to cover half of the deposit on the space (the one that got cancelled).

but as the new journal entry says, we have a new location, so i'll be getting it back on saturday. with all the tix i've sold for this party alone i don't have any doubts as far as us being able to meet capacity.
