heh, if i stick to it i think i can do it in five. but to answer the question, sucking it up and dealing?

in retrospect, i never hated my onsite IT jobs that much, except for the occasional squeaky-wheel coworker. what gave me chest pains was doing it over the phone; trying to find the language necessary to get a non-technical user to do what they wanted to.

it's so much easier when you can just say MOVE!

would you be ok with doing it when you're 40? if so, sucking it up and dealing is ok. i'm lucky enough to actually look forward to going to work, which is why i'm not looking for an exit strategy. i could see myself doing this at 40.

the downside is it has completely destroyed any financial initiative of mine.
