i didn't sleep last night.

i'm starting to fall back out of this being-able-to-sleep-alone thing.

my body feels like it's considering mutiny.

i wish she'd paged.

at least i know i'll sleep well tonight.

addendum: on a positive note, nothing motivates me in a period of sleep deprivation like caffeine, ephedra, and a good house beat i can keep step with.

i threw together a cd with enough mp3s, well, to fill it up, before i left work yesterday, and had the good fortune to get that good old classic Da Funk randomly selected as i was about 10 minutes from the train station.

say what ya want about the french, between daft punk's earlier stuff and pills' _electrocaine_, i think they know how to make some fucking house.

I suck....

...at sleeping alone. If I have to, I'll fucking cut up a volleyball and paint a face on it just so that I don't have to. Argh, the pain. =)

Daft Punk kicks ass.

hmmm... the whole sleeping alone thing.. always evil. whenever i start to feel like a pathetic excuse for a human, i remember that even though i may be a young, poor, single mother... at least i never sleep alone.

however... being that i never sleep alone.. here are some very good things about sleeping alone that i do miss. maybe they will help you to appreciate what you have:

1. when sleeping alone, no one kicks you
2. you don't have to listen to anyone snoring
3. the covers will not be stolen from you
4. no one will wake you up before you are ready
5. you will not have a random fist in your eye at 5am
6. *you* get to choose the "falling asleep music"

so yeah... hope that helps ;)
