quantum mechanics has always been a subject that threatened to make my head explode. but i'm glad someone gets it.

& in the automotive world, it makes me smirk to see ford following GM down the same road to hell. but... if there had to be an automaker that saved itself by acquiring mercedes-benz and all their chassis wizardry, couldn't it have been a company with a little more initiative? c'mon, mopar, can we take 3/4 of a hemi, stick it into a c-class chassis, and call it the new sub-$20k Dart or what? trickle us down something a little less gheigh than the crossfire already!

the problem of dc is this:

mercedes is so bad on quality and reliability they had to poach engineers from chrysler to save themselves.

hey, far from it- they're obviously doing _something_ right.

and i like the looks on the challenger concept, but unless there's an SL chassis under that skin i'll pass.

all i'm saying, though, is that they need to use their german hardware to attack the lower end of the market. like i mentioned- take one c-class sedan, add one base-model-magnum V6, retro-reskin and call Dodge Dart, sell car that will stomp most 4-bangers for a profit at $22k; low enough to be "affordable" without being "cheap", while leaving the charger's market share alone.

apparently crossfires are somewhat popular in europe. i'm not sure what that tells us, it just struck me as amusing.
