I hate Washington Mutual. No hidden fees my ASS!! I got an account at Bank of America today. They neglected to tell me that they charge $6-$8 for having a checking account. I've come to the conclusion that banks suck, and they want to steal your money. I'm a fucking genius.

I'm pretty sure they have Wells Fargo out in CA. I have an account with them because they don't charge anything for their low-level "free" checking account. Hence the "free" part. And you can do banking online + over the phone for free too.

yeah, i've had my share of irritations with them as well. i just closed my account with WF in search of something with less service charges... i must not have had the same account setup you did.

& i'll mirror the aforementioned emotion of banks just sucking in general.
